Kaleina Fitness

Welcome to my website! My name is Kaleina.  I am 40 years old, and I am originally from Johnstown, Pennsylvania.  Living in Fairhope, AL now for over 12 years has been such a blessing!

Staying busy with doing what I love and keeping up with my 10 year old son couldn't make me happier. 

With that being said, I also understand the difficulties of losing the baby weight.  I know the importance of exercise while being pregnant and how to properly train someone who is pregnant.

I am located at Pulse Fitness in Daphne. 

 

Pulse Fitness is a one-on-one training studio located on Highway 98 offering more privacy than a typical gym setting.   This would be more suitable for individuals who are hesitant working out in front of others.

I put together personalized packages that tailor to the specific needs of the client.  REMEMBER, NO 2 BODIES ARE THE SAME! Often times someone will work out being unsure if what they are doing is working towards their goal.
