Training Packages are available in 45 minute and Hour options.

 

Packages will vary based on individual needs, couples rates, and group pricing.  Discounts are given for higher session frequency. All training packages include a FREE monthly fitness evaluation.  

 

This evaluation includes weigh-in, body fat analysis and measurements to track monthly progress!

If you prefer to train on your own or don't have time to workout with me, not a problem!  I will make you a specific plan, different each month, that you can do on your own!

 

Ask about a nutrition plan to accompany this to help you achieve your goals even FASTER!

Monthly fitness evaluation for follow up on individual progress is an additional cost for this service only.
